Composition: Warfarin (2mg)
Warf 2 Tablet is an oral anticoagulant which helps prevent the formation of harmful blood clots in the legs, lungs, brain and heart. It is used for deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism and stroke prevention. Warf 2 Tablet should be taken as advised by the doctor. You may take it with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time. This medicine should not be stopped abruptly without consulting the doctor. You should take this medicine regularly to get the most benefit, even if you feel fine. It is preventing future harm.
Before taking it, you must inform the doctor if you are suffering from any kidney or liver disease. Also, let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and about all the other medications that you are taking regularly.

How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Warf 2 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Avoid Warf 2 Tablet with Vitamin K rich food such as spinach, collards, broccoli, spring onions, cucumber and dried basil.

What if you forget to take?
