Composition: Potassium Citrate Monohydrate 

 DJ-Citral K Syrup is a combination of medicines that is used in the treatment of kidney stones. It prevents further formation of kidney stones by raising the pH of urine and prevents the formation, growth and aggregation of crystals in the kidneys.

 

Uses

It is used to :

  • Make the urine less acidic
  • Prevent gout and kidney stones
  • Prevent and treat metabolic problems caused by kidney disease
  • Treat or Prevent hypokalemia
  • Treat digitalis overdose

Side Effect

Common side effects:

  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea and stomach pain may occur.
