Feza Syrup contains Fexofenadine as the main active pharmaceutical ingredient. It belongs to a group of medicines called antihistamines. It is very effective in the treatment of allergic symptoms associated with rhinitis and urticaria. This medication will help treat allergies such as runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, skin itching and hives. It is also used to treat seasonal allergies in childrens and adults. Fexofenadine Hydochloride is an antihistamine that is used to relieve allergic symptoms. It works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction.

It is used to treat:
- Allergy symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing
- Skin itching and hives caused by a condition called chronic idiopathic urticaria
