Composition: Tobramycin (0.3% w/v)
TOBACIN EYE DROPS contains Tobramycin which belongs to the group of antibiotics known as Antibiotics. It is used to treat bacterial infections of the external part of the eye, such as conjunctivitis and ear canal infections.
Bacterial conjunctivitis is the infection of the transparent membrane (conjunctiva) that lines the eyelid and covers the white part of your eyeball. Symptoms of bacterial conjunctivitis include pain, discomfort, redness, itching, irritation, and watering of the eyes. Ear canal infection is the bacterial infection of external ear, which is characterised by ear pain, redness and swelling around the ear canal, discharge of fluid or pus from ear. Do not wear contact lens if you have any ocular infection while using TOBACIN EYE DROPS. Remove the contact lenses before using TOBACIN EYE DROPS and can put them back after 15 minutes of use.

How to use
This medicine is for external use only.Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye/ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid or ear. Wipe off extra liquid.
How It works
Tobacin Eye/Ear Drops is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
Safety Advice for Tobacin Eye Drop
Alcohol
It is not known if alcohol affects Tobacin Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml. However, it is advisable to limit or avoid alcohol as a precautionary measure.
Pregnancy
TOBACIN EYE DROPS should be used with caution in pregnant women. Consult your doctor before using.
