Ingredients: Neem, Haritaki, Mesua ferrea

Active constituents of Neem are known to have antimicrobial properties. Neem helps prevent secondary infection and promotes healthy healing in piles.

Haritaki/Chebulic myrobalan has anti-inflammatory properties, which help relieve pain and inflammation in condition of hemorrhoids/piles. The laxative property of Chebulic myrobalan helps relieve constipation associated with piles.

Nagakeshar/M.ferrea is well known in traditional medicine for its hemostatic property. It helps control bleeding and assists in healing hemorrhoids/piles.

Indications:
- Internal and external hemorrhoids
- As an adjuvant in varicose veins

Contraindications:
- Pilex is not recommended during pregnancy. However, Pilex forte ointment can be used during pregnancy.
