Composition: Amlodipine Besylate 5 mg

MYLOD 5MG contains Amlodipine which belongs to a group of calcium channel blocker (CCB).It is used with or without other medications to treat high blood pressure and chest pain.  It works by relaxing blood vessels, so blood can flow more easily.

 

Uses

  • Hypertension (high blood pressure)
  • Prevention of Angina (heart-related chest pain)

  • Fatigue
  • Nausea
  • Abdominal pain
  • Sleepiness

How to use

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Take MYLOD 5 MG once a day, with or without food. Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.
Do not chew or break.

Amlodipine works by blocking the entry of calcium into the smooth muscle cells of blood vessels and the heart. It is classified as a calcium channel blocker (CCB).
