Composition: Cyproheptadine HCl 

Apet syrup belongs to a group of antihistamine which is used to relieve various allergic symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes/nose, sneezing, hives, and itching. It is also used to treat loss of appetite. It works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that the body makes during an allergic reaction.

This syrup is usually taken two times a day before or after food as advised by a doctor. Some of the common side-effects like drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, or dry mouth/nose/throat may be seen. If any of these effects persist for a longer time, consult with your doctor promptly.
